By using Nuxo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Nuxo is

Nuxo is a tax estimation and bookkeeping tool for UK sole traders. It is not a regulated financial or tax advisory service.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax records
• You must keep your login credentials secure

4. Our responsibilities

• We will keep your data secure
• We will maintain the app with reasonable care
• We are not liable for tax penalties arising from incorrect data you enter

5. Intellectual property

Nuxo and all its content are owned by Nuxo Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
