What gets deleted
When you submit this request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account (email, name, profile photo)
- All transactions, invoices, and customer records
- All receipts and documents you've uploaded
- All AI chat history and personalisation data
- Your subscription (if active, it will be cancelled)
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your data has been removed.
What we keep
For legal and tax compliance purposes, we may retain:
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics (cannot be linked back to you)
- Transaction records required by HMRC for fraud prevention (up to 6 years per UK tax law), held with no personal identifiers
