Nuxo is a tax intelligence app for UK sole traders, operated by Nuxo Ltd.

- Name, email address, and password (for your account)
- Business name, industry, and address (for tax calculations)
- Financial transactions you enter (income and expenses)
- Invoice data and customer names
- Mileage and home office records
- Profile photo (optional)
- Device information and crash reports (for app stability)
3. Why we collect it
- To provide tax estimates and deduction suggestions
- To generate and send invoices on your behalf
- To improve app reliability via crash reporting
- To send you important account and tax deadline notifications
4. How we store it
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (EU region). We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
5. AI features
When you use Ask Nuxo, your questions and relevant financial context are sent to Groq's AI service to generate responses. No data is stored by Groq beyond the duration of the request.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings → Delete Account)
- Withdraw consent at any time
7. Cookies
The Nuxo app does not use cookies. The nuxo.co.uk website uses no tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app.
